This program aims to show Hong Kong local school students the cultural, environmental and economic practices of various communities within the Pearl River Delta. This includes the Chinese Sustainable Development program, which is also mentioned in their curriculum. Students will be exposed to the latest developments and see them in action through this excursion, thus helping them gain a better understanding of how the rapidly developing country that is China operates, and sparks conversation over the prospects of looking beyond the comfort zone that is Hong Kong and give career possibilities in China some consideration.

This program implements a more conventional and interactive means of teaching, which include experiment and games for the students. This incentivizes learning and helps them take an interest in science, thus encouraging them to apply concepts to real-life situations to further their understanding of basic concepts.

Everyday China is a program designed to help those living abroad in establishing a greater understanding to the Chinese culture in a very short period of time. It focuses on the people of the Pearl River Delta and their respective communities, ranging from cultural, economic, social and environmental factors that influence the lives of these people. The activities educate individuals on the happenings of the country and also educate them on Chinese history.
